LAST UPDATE: 04/01/2026By ordering a commission from me, "the Artist", you, "the Client", affirm to have read and agree to be legally bound by the following Terms of Service listed below. Failure to abide by the Terms of Service may result in a rejected/cancelled commission with or without a refund, and/or a blacklist/public service announcement. Please note that these Terms of Service may be subject to change without prior notice.Section 1 - Rights Reserved By The Artist

SECTION 1 - RIGHTS RESERVED BY THE ARTIST
1. The Artist has the right to refuse the commission for whatever reason, with or without explanation.
2. The Artist has the right to cancel the commission for whatever reason, with or without explanation.
    a) As such, the Client may be entitled to a refund. Please see Section 4.1 for more information.
3. The Artist has the right to document any and all communications regarding business transactions, from initial request until the transaction is completed by both parties.
    a) The Artist also reserves the right to publicize any acquired documentation in events including, but not limited to:     scams, threats, breaking of the ToS, and/or illegal activity.
    b) Sensitive information including but not limited to: full legal name, date of birth, bank information, and address,     will never be shared except in instances where legal authorities are involved.
4. The Artist has the right to upload the commission on any and all social media unless specified by the Client beforehand to keep the commission private.
5. The Artist has the right to decline any deadlines or rush orders that have not been arranged and agreed upon prior to payment of the deposit.
    a) As such, the Client may be entitled to a refund. Please see Section 4.1 for more information.
6. The Artist has the right to not work on a "first come, first serve" basis.
7. The Artist has the right to decline or cancel an NSFW commission if the Artist has any reason at any time in the process to suspect the Client is under 18 years of age.
    a) As such, the Client may be entitled to a refund. Please see Section 4.1 for more information.SECTION 2 - ILLUSTRATION RIGHTS
1. The Client may not, under any circumstances, use the commission in AI software, generative software, NFTs, blockchains, cryptocurrencies, or any programs, digital or physical, with similar purposes.
2. The Client may not resell the commission for a price greater than what they originally paid.
3. The Client may make minor edits to the completed commission (ex. cropping, adding text/borders, changing brightness/contrast/hue/saturation).
4. The Client may use/reupload the commission for personal/non-commercial use, but only if proper credit to the Artist (@User) is provided.
    a) If the commission includes characters that do not belong the Client, additional credit to the owner(s)/creator(s)     of said characters must be provided when using/reuploading for personal/non-commercial use.
5. The Client may not use the commission for any commercial use unless discussed with the Artist beforehand.
    a) Commissions for commercial use will be charged more than personal/non-commercial commissions. Prices are     determined on a case-by-base basis.
    b) If the commission includes characters that do not belong the Client, the Client can not use the commission for     commercial use unless explicitly written permission from the owner(s)/ creator(s) of said characters is provided.
6. The Client may not claim the commission as their own work, whether they did or did not make any edits to the commission.
7. The Artist does not claim ownership to any of the characters/subjects portrayed in the commission. Characters belong to their respective creator(s).SECTION 2.1 - CHAINMAIL RIGHTS
1. The Client may not, under any circumstances, use the commission in AI software, generative software, NFTs, blockchains, cryptocurrencies, or any programs, digital or physical, with similar purposes.
2. The Client may not resell the commission for a price greater than what they originally paid.
4. The Client may use/reupload the commission for personal/non-commercial use, but only if proper credit to the Artist (@User) is provided.
6. The Client may not claim the commission as their own work.SECTION 3 - ILLUSTRATION PRODUCTION & DELIVERY
1. All commissions will be done digitally. The Client is paying for a service/digital good and will not require any shipping of any kind.
    a) Physical goods using the digital commission may be available for an upcharge. This may include, but is not     limited to: prints, buttons, stickers, and keychains.
    b) Availability and pricing of physical goods are to be discussed with the Artist on a case-by-case basis. The pricing     will incorporate materials and shipping.
2. All commissions will be delivered in .PNG format at 300DPI, unless specified otherwise.
    a) The Client may ask for a specific canvas size or resolution for the commission prior to finalization of the sketch.
3. Unless specified not to upload the commission to the public, all commissions may be posted on the Artist's social media, resized and watermarked.
    a) Commissions may be posted on the Artist's social media after the Client has received and approved the original     and unmarked commission file.
    b) The Client may choose to remain anonymous if and when the Artist publicly uploads the commission.
4. Depending on the desired style and queue, the estimated turnaround is about two (2) weeks to two (2) months at the latest.
    a) If the Artist has to take longer than two (2) months to complete the commission for whatever reason, the Client     will be contacted and informed of the status of their commission.
5. The Artist will update the Client with the status and progress of the commission before beginning each new phase (ex. progressing from sketch to lineart).
    a) The Client has the right to request more frequent updates, but may not do so more than twice a week from the     start of the sketch phase.SECTION 3.1 - CHAINMAIL PRODUCTION & DELIVERY
1. All commissions are physical products. The Client is paying for a physical good and the shipping to the location of their choosing.
2. All commissions will be delivered via USPS unless otherwise prohibited outside the Artist's control.
3. Unless specified not to upload the commission to the public, all commissions may be posted on the Artist's social media, resized and watermarked.
    a) Commissions may be posted on the Artist's social media after the Client has received the original.
    b) The Client may choose to remain anonymous if and when the Artist publicly uploads the commission.
4. Depending on the desired style and queue, the estimated turnaround is about two (2) weeks to two (2) months at the latest.
    a) If the Artist has to take longer than two (2) months to complete the commission for whatever reason, the Client     will be contacted and informed of the status of their commission.
    c) Turnaround estimates do not include shipping time.
5. The Client has the right to request updates regarding their commission, but may not do so more than twice a week from the start of construction.SECTION 4 - PAYMENT
1. All commissions require a 50% deposit up front. This is to be made at any point prior to the beginning of the sketch phase.
    a) The only exception is sketch commissions, which require 100% payment up front.
2. Complete payment for all commissions is required prior to shipping or delivery of the final product.
    a) The Artist will request the final payment after a watermarked proof of the final product is presented to the     Client. It is recommended that the Client do not make any payment exceeding the deposit until this point.
    b) By choosing to pay an amount exceeding the deposit in advance, the Client assumes the risk that any potential refunds may be compromised.
3. The Artist will accept payment through Ko-Fi, PayPal, or Venmo.
    a) PayPal payment is to be done using invoices. The Artist will require the Client's PayPal e-mail.
4. Final payment must be sent within 72 hours after receiving the watermarked proof. Failure to do so may result in the commission being cancelled without refund.SECTION 4.1 - REFUNDS
1. If the Client cancels their commission for whatever reason, the Client will receive a partial refund of their deposit, depending on how much of the commission has been finished:
- 75% refunded if in the lineart stage
- 50% refunded if in the base colors stage
- 25% refunded if in the shading stage/final touches
    a) These terms also apply should a commission be cancelled due to neglect on behalf of the Client.
2. If the Artist cancels the commission for whatever reason, the Client will receive a full refund of their deposit.
3. Refunds will be given within 72 hours after correspondence. This does not account for any processing time on behalf of financial institutions.
4. The Client will not be refunded if (s)he/ they are unsatisfied with the commission.
    a) If the Client is unsatisfied with the commission, the Artist is willing to discuss and make minor edits up to a     maximum of two (2) times after correspondence. Any desired major revisions will be rejected.
    b) The only major revisions permitted are details that the Artist may have missed and was specified by the Client in     the order form/ correspondence while the commission was still in the sketching/lineart stage (ex. missing tattoo     that's essential to the character's design).
5. If the Client cancels a chainmail commission for any reason, the Client will receive a partial refund of their deposit, variable on a case-by-case basis upon the cost of materials and hours of completed work.
